If charged as a non dangerous offense, you could be facing a jail term of 4 years to 10 years with the possibility of probation for a first offense, 6 years to 18.5 years with one historical prior, and 14 years to 28 years with two historical priors.
If charged as a dangerous offense, you could be facing a jail term of 7 years to 21 years first offense, 14 years to 28 years with one historical dangerous prior, and 21 to 35 years with two historical dangerous priors.
