Should I talk to the police? |
NO. You should never talk to the police. You are required to produce identification, if requested, and you must show your driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance during a traffic stop. However, you should never talk to the police, without consulting with an attorney, if you are being investigated for a crime.

NEVER. You should never give the police permission to search your person, home, or vehicle.
