Jan 6 | Man threatens to shoot at Chandler Circle K

Jan 6 | Phoenix Shootings- 3 Dead
On Monday, January 4th, 2010 Phoenix police reported their first murders and first officer-involved shooting of 2010. The first incident was a double-fatal shooting at an apartment northwest of 15th Ave and Camelback Road. The next shooting took place southwest of Broadway Road and 32nd Street, one man died and three others were hospitalized. Dec 15 | Paradise Valley Home Invasions-Suspect Arrested
Justin Lee Martin, was being held Monday on $270,000 bond at a Maricopa County jail. Police believe that Justin invaded at least six Paradise Valley houses. Dec 14 | Mesa Superior Court Judge's will not move to Downtown Court Location
The Maricopa County Superior Court has launched into a "re-organization plan", which would require some of the Judge's and their calendars to move to a different court location. Some of the Court Judges at the Superior Court located in Mesa, however; will not be accompaning their calendars to the downtown Court location.
